AGC Charities Operation Opening Doors Project
Come Early to the 2026 AGC Convention to Volunteer to Support Give Kids the World in Orlando, Florida
AGC Charities, Inc. is teaming up with United Rental to Organize a Volunteer Day to Help Support Give Kids the World Project on Monday, March 23 at 8 am to 3 pm
AGC Charities and United Rentals are teaming up this year to support Give Kids the World, a Kissimmee-based charity that provides children with critical illnesses and their families free, weeklong, cost-free vacations to Orlando and its theme parts. On Monday, March 23, we will travel to the Give Kids the World village to make improvements to a number of the residential structures at the facility, including installing new front porch screens and updating paint jobs. This is a fun collaborative project. Just make sure to wear closed-toed shoes, long pants and dress for the weather. Expect several hours of fun, collegial work.
Transportation Details: Volunteers will depart from the hotel at 8 a.m. (grab and go breakfast will be provided) and arrive at Give Kids the World’s facility at 210 South Bass Road, Kissimmee, Florida 34746.
- Departure: Bus to depart hotel at 8 a.m. for facility
- Return: Bus is expected to leave the facility at 2:30 pm to return to the hotel
