NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION GROUP TO RENOVATE PALM SPRINGS AREA CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION’S FACILITY AS PART OF NATIONWIDE CHARITY EFFORT
Volunteer Contractors, Under the Leadership of Hensel Phelps Construction Co., to Renovate Angel View’s Day Program Facility that Serves Children and Adults with Disabilities as Part of AGC Charities’ Operation Opening Doors Project
We hope you will join AGC Charities and Hensel Phelps Construction this spring to bring new life to an active charitable organization that serves many children and adults with disabilities in the Palm Springs area. Since 1955, Angel View has provided essential services to children and adults with developmental and physical disabilities including a 24-hour residential nursing care program, outreach services and a day program. Their current day program facility is in need of renovations to better serve their clients and we need your help to do so.
In March, AGC Charities will be joined by a team of volunteers led by San Diego-based Hensel Phelps Construction Co., to help renovate the Angel View Day Program facility. During the renovation, we hope to transform an existing courtyard into an outdoor recreation station that provides wheelchair accessible amenities, replace some doors and wainscot damaged by wheelchairs and install wainscot in a new wing, and most importantly, create a sunshade for the client drop-off area. You can help by donating to AGC Charities’ Operation Opening Doors (OOD) projects focused on helping individuals with disabilities maintain their quality of life.
